The technical injection molding specialists at Hans Fleig ensure that everything fits exactly where it should in plastic parts and components for their clients. They also ensure that parts and components meet the highest standards of durability, safety and cost-effectiveness. Their experience of more than half a century helps the specialists to achieve this. As multiple award-winning experts in design, mold making and technical injection molding, the employees at Hans Fleig work to successfully bring even the trickiest projects into production. This is where in-depth know-how, great passion and the necessary inventive spirit come together. This allows the Hans Fleig team to surprise time and again with innovative products and techniques.

Injection molds made from continuously hardened steel

With absolute precision, the company's mold makers create the shaping parts of their injection molds from continuously hardened steel. This means that the molds can withstand a lot. The technical injection molding specialists at Hans Fleig design and build an average of 30 to 40 tools per year. The seven experts in the mold making team have everything they need to produce top-quality injection molds. Mold making stands for experience, know-how, passion for the job - and the right equipment. The focus of production is on 1-component molds for use in injection molding systems with a clamping force of up to 2000 kN. The focus is on parts with weights between 0.01 and 175 g, for small series as well as for millions of parts.

Technical injection molding specialists push the boundaries

The employees at Hans Fleig also see themselves as specialists in technical injection molding. They produce injection molded parts weighing up to 300 g. The systems used for this work with clamping forces of up to 2000 kN. The specialists have particular expertise in thin-wall technology. They produce thin-walled, compact and high-performance components using the injection molding process - from engineering plastics such as PA, PC, PC/ABS, PTB and LCP. They also reliably produce parts with a wall thickness of 0.3 mm and a flow path length of 50 mm or even more. Depending on the plastic and geometry of the component, they achieve a wall thickness to flow path ratio of 1 : 210. And they are certain that they can achieve even more. Together with their clients, the experts are also happy to venture into new territory and explore the limits of what is feasible.
